Read my post please. I said that's what I do, but it explode anyway when I walk over where it previously was.
Don't play on the words, smarta.ss. The problem isn't that I don't manage to pick them up, it's that I successfully disarm them and they're not on the ground anymore but when I go on their previous location I explode anyway.
Well I said walk because I'm not that good in english and I didn't remember what was the word for crawling. But of course I crawl, I wouldn't be able to disarm it if not. My bad. I'll go record it; I'll edit this post when I'm done.
Uh, actually you could disarm mine from all position IF you're not too close from them. Crawling just make it more easier and safe to disarm a mine. Like Deathraven said, and you might want to try using NVG to see the infrared sensors of the mine and make sure didn't trip on it.
YES that's it. Finally someone understand, lol. Anyway I wanted to record it but my game starts lagging really bad when I do.... And when I disarmed the mines I got to a checkpoint before walking over to the zone again to check if I'de explode anyway like the other times... So when I start the game I can't see the mines ( I still explode, but I want to record when we can see me disarm it and THEN explode. Let's do things right ) I'll have to finish the mission before I can try to record it again so it will take a while.
The way I read it is that the mine is already picked up. There is no mine there anymore. It's been disarmed safely, but when going back to where the mine was at, it explodes even though there is no mine there. That has nothing to do with disarming the mine in the first place because that part has already been done.
@Kimurion - sounds to me like a game bug. I'm not sure there is anything you can do about that except leave the mine there so you know where to avoid. I was hoping someone knew something about it and was driving me nuts that all the answers are talking about disarming mines normally and not what this is doing.
