MGO2R Coming To OFW PS3 Consoles

For those disappointed in and no longer playing the disaster of MGO3, MGO2 Revival is coming to Official Firmware on PS3. All you'll need is an original disc copy of MGS4 and a usb stick loaded with a save file to play.

Target launch date is early April.

Hopefully this marks a turning point for MGO fans as there aren't many people playing the CFW-only version since getting CFW on a PS3 is difficult for the average user.

I never played MGO2 but I saw the announcement on youtube and I don't understand how anyone likes MGO2 gameplay. Trying to predict the enemy position by shooting in short burts. Well if people say it's better than MGO3 I don't doubt but I don't think the gameplay is better than MGO3. I have a PS3 but I think that's too complicated just to play MGO2. But I'm glad it's on.
