What did it mean when Old Snake is going to be "Weapon of mass destruction"?

I don't remember quite well but basically what Seamus said. It was a " biological weapon of mass destruction " kind of thing. He would infecte everyone around him, that's why he thought he had to die before BB told him it was, indeed, still targeting just a bunch of people ( Ocelot, Eva and Big Boss if I understood it right. Someone tell me if I'm wrong )

Big Boss stops him because the new injection Naomi gave him stabilized the foxdie enough that Snake will die before the foxdie mutates enough to turn snake into a WMD.

Thanks for clarifing that. But... Doesn't BB dies in this scene beause of Snake's virus? Or something.

Yeah, he's one of the targets the virus is coded for. Because as usual, Naomi is a ♥♥♥♥♥. Same reason Ocelot dies.

If it were the other way around, then we would have to answer the question why Anderson would have been targeted by FOXDIE when he was one of the key members of the Patriots still loyal to their cause.

The Patriot A.I's likely eliminated him to tie up loose ends. Remember, they coveted secrecy to the Nth degree, and as he was THE key player in their construction, they could've viewed him as a future threat.

Decoy octopus transferered SIGINT (darpa chef) blood wich contained nanomachines, so him and arm tech chief died because they had nanomachines, hence why decoy died without being a DNA target, zam.

Why would he *not* be a target, though? There's nothing indicating that he worked for the Patriots or had some other reason for being left out of FOXDIE's targets...
