How to progress?

Im at mission 42 and the game doesn't progress.
I also listened all the tapes but it won't just go on
What do I do?

do some side missions and sooner or later Miller will call you back for the most heart breaking mission

Side Ops maybe? I know that 145-149 needed to be done at some point before it would continue.

sometimes you need to visit motherbase to trigger cutscenes that progress the story after listening to the tapes
