Anyway of getting a silenced non lethal assault rifle?

There is the UN-ARC NL, but you'll have to upgrade it quite a bit before getting the suppressor option.

the S1000 Shotgun has a range up to 40M and you can put a suppressor on it. not 100 % on the range of the UN ARC NL but for ranges beyond 40m its better to use a non lethal sniper imo

Once you get the ARC NL to the point where it has two upper option slots it's actully not bad for being out in free roam. I make pretty heavy use of it as a mid range headshot machine. Shame there's no rank 3 suppressor for it, and the rank 2 suppressor isn't until online development, though.
