Bugged Challenge Task? [OVER THE FENCE]

On the task "Neutralized 5 or more enemies in [OVER THE FENCE] using placed weapons", I've sat and pounded the base with a mortar over and over killing well over 5 enemies. Same thing happened last time it was a challenge and was unable to get credit. Am I doing something wrong?

Just tried 7 clean kills (didn't fall to the ground wounded) with a machine gun turret. I think it's just bugged.

Hm. Only other thing I can think of is the total stealth version, but that'd probably be kinda hard to manage. I haven't checked the task list this week.

It's only 1000 Biological Mats so not a big deal. Just wondered what I was doing wrong here.

By "placed weapons", it means things like claymores and C4, not mounted weapons.

Idk... I piled up a bunch of guys I took down and laid C4 on them. Didn't pop.

Have you tried taking them down individually?

Just so you know, you have to neutralize them with a placed weapon as the only thing that hits them. If you neutralize them with any other means, then blow them up using C4 it won't count.
I suggest using sleep mines and making noise so that the guards walk towards the mines.
