In-Game Online Store *still* not working

I've just finished the game's campaign and am starting to play Raid mode. While playing Raid Mode, I tried to access the Online Store but couldn't, I was reported a prompt of "Failed to acquire data".

I have checked all hardware/software firewall settings and they all check out (I can have my game installation sync to RE.net) but this is the only part of the game that is not available to me.

Before anyone says "you're not missing much", I get it. But I'd like to still have this working anyway for if in case I should want to get something from the store (insurance).

I'd like to get response on behalf of someone from Capcom preferably on the matter.

I just want it to work. that's it. I'm not "harping" because for that to be true I'd have to be very invested in this game (which I'm not). To understand my intent, it's nothing more than a bug report. Nothing more. Does that make sense? And seeing that Red might be correct, I will just end up posting on Capcom's forums.

An advice all of you that have responded: elipses abuse impresses upon an audience as nothing more than pretentiousness; write in English, not in Nihonglish.

No it doesn't (btw thanks for the spelling correction). Because it's silly as when people say and write "anyways", start a sentence needlessly with "also", and use a few other pointless verbiage like "pro tip".

This is forum for a video game. The majority of us are here to relax and just shoot the ♥♥♥♥. Or complain about video games. Not quibble over proper use of English. Get used to it.

It does not work on PC only. I have one Capcom ID hooked with PS3, PS4 and PC. All Rev 2’s online shop work on consoles. Merely PC one does not. Hehehehehe

The feature has a bug where you can buy one time some item and then exchange it for many times (Back in 2015 many people do that to get quickly Damage lvl 20, capacity lvl 20 and quick reload lvl 20) Thats why you will never see it working again.
