yea it has to be unless theres some kind of short cut where you basicly get to the area with the cog and skip it and head right on through the gate.
yea probably some kind of exploit where you can skip the gate cause that would make sense or grab the cog while its still under the torture device.
probably more or less that the gate was just skipped.
whats your method of stocking up on ammo for it.
on revelations 1 although im not sure but there was an unlock i think to get increased drops for the certain type of ammo ya want or was that resident evil 6.
Like I said, EX weapons that aren't a Rocket Launcher aren't worth it. They don't save you much time at all since most of the episode is just running away from enemies. You can bump up your time on Barry's episodes by doing Claire's twice. Once for a speed run, the other time is for doing stuff that will make Barry's side go faster. Like choosing not to use the flame thrower in episode 1. This will save you mountains of time in episode 1. There is an event in episode 2 as well that will save you plenty of time.
is this event you speak of where ya basicly kill pedro instead of running away and you can get his drill to make a shortcut in the apartment building.
Since it's the very first episode, there's no real shortcut.
You only need to memorize the shortest route as most of the area can be skipped and most of the enemies you just run/dodge pass and open the door to next area instead of fighting them.
E.g the power generator area has 2 levels, switch at lower level and you can completely avoid exploring the top level and run straight down the stairs, grab rusted key , open door to switch, return to rusted key area, open door to main jail area, go to opposite side and grab cog , etc.
Subsequent episodes have shortcuts. E.g Like if you don't use the flamethrower turret in Claire episode 1, Barry can just run through without using the control room and requiring Natalia to turn off the flamethrower after turning off the power.
I dont know if this would save enough time or not
I wanna know wich sleuce gate should i have open for the quickest route for barry in episode 4.
the sad part though is that i need 100,000 bp to unlock it and i plan on using the infinite rocket launcher to beat no escape mode for an easy infinite ammo unlock for all weapons.
kinda funny how in no escape mode that the only reqirement for infinit ammo is just beating it and there are no other requirements.
damn i looked at my score and i just barely have a total below 3 hours.
2 hours 59 minutes and 41 seconds.
one thing i do when im doing missions is i vision myself as that blue ogre in dbz that goku had to catch and thinking about running and going grrrrrrrrr violent running and eyes turning bloodshot red.
damn sorry red ogre not blue ogre.
This, a million times. LOL
