Rewards Jill costumes?
Is there any costumes for Jill you can unlock as a reward?

She's not a main character - just an unlockable Raid character. No secondary characters have costumes, so if it's costumes you want, you'll have to make do with unlockable + purchasable costumes for Claire/Moira/Barry/Natalia 'only'.

The only alternative to this is mods/modding.

It might be possible if capcom rolls out costumes as rewards in online events.
