Bug prevents Natalia from touching the thing (EP4 Barry)

I'm sorry if someone else posted about this before, but I have to get it off my chest.

I beat the game and restarted with hopes of getting the other ending. In my second run, I've reached that segment in Episode 4 where Barry and Natalia find a "nasty bowl of soup" and the fingerprint authentication panel that Natalia is supposed to touch.

Except she won't.

I tried every conceivable solution, from quitting the main menu, restarting the episode, restarting my PC, reinstalling the game itself, and Natalia still won't get the prompt that allows her to touch the blue panel so I can open the door and get to the mansion segment. I am now virtually incapable of finishing the game.

Has anyone else encountered this? If you know a solution, please share.

Me pasa lo mismo, cuando llego a la puerta Barry intenta con el sensor de huellas digitales y una voz dice "no hay registro" luego Natalia pregunta "¿puedo probar?" y cuando la acerco a la consola no aparece la tecla de acción. Es en el episodio 4, al final del juego, cunado se baja por el ascensor de la mina luego de filtrar el gas. Cuando Barry dice "Vaya mierda de sopa"
Ya acualicé el juego y lo sigue haciendo.

Someone else mentioned this literally 1-2 hours ago. I recently completed Ep4 (Countdown) and said segment didn't pose any problem for me, so I wager it's only apparent for very few select people (for some obscure reason that we'll never know).

Sorry OP - it is likely something only Capcom can fix, as opposed to there being a custom solution.

I had a similar issue in a different chapter, i just reset my comp and it fixed the glitch.

However, I did encounter a bug where the elevator wasn't opening when I defeated all of the enemies in the machinery room.

I just had this bug. Anyone knows how to fix it?
