Campaign - How to unlock infinite ammo ?

Question is in the title. I was looking the Challenge and the rewards and found a secret chllenge with the reward "infinite ammo" but there is no explanation of what to do, just some "???".

Does anyone know what to do to unlock that bonus ?

If i remember right then you have to complete No Escape difficult

Yup, you get infinite ammo when you beat the game on No Escape difficulty.

You get an infinite ammo rocket launcher if you beat the game in under 3 hours, though.

It should be easy to speed run if you skip the items

you can infinite ammo with a trainer though

I was about to say that, but seeing that this game's single player campaign has a leaderboard I disagree about using a trainer.

My rule: no multiplayer, no leaderboards, only campaign--A-OK to cheat.
