Chapter 4 Bug... anyone else have it?
I'm playing on PC and on the part where Barry and Natalia go down the elevator after the gas part there's this gate that when Barry tries it says "No record located". Natalia says she remembers the machine and asks if she can try, but it won't let me try on her... when I switch to her it is not clickable and I'm stuck on this part =(

I just used it as Natalia, didn't even try it with Barry, worked fine (4 times).

Crap... it doesn't work, I can't interact with it on Natalia... this is BS =/
I tried restarting the game, restarting Steam, rebooting PC... ls resord is gonna be restart the chapter but I'm lke 1 hour in and don't really wanna redo the whole thing lol...

Can you "Verify Game Cache" and try again? Other users had similar issues in another part of the game, but verifying cache and redownloading the missing/corrupt files resolved the problem for them.

I did earller today, verify game cache was the 1st thing I tried... I will do it again... maybe after restarting and all it will work /sigh

No... it didn't work... SERIOUSLY??? Am I really the only person who has this bug??? I'll redo the chapter, if this doesn't work idk what else to do...

Didn't happen to me, I just used Natalia and didn't even try Barry.
However this is identical to the same issue I was having back in chapter 2 where the Alarm shut-off lever near the beginning of Claire's chapter in the bar had no interact prompt.

Verifying cache worked for me then. I Didn't exactly go out of my way to delete anything though and I haven't done a single piece of modding to this game either, can't imagine how certain essential files are being corrupted/deleted at random.
Seems like this may indeed be an ongoing issue that Capcom would want to look into.

Same bug, 2019. Verified game files, still not working. Trying a reinstallation of Chpt 4 now. I really don't feel like doing this whole stupid chapter over again.

-Yep, reinstall did not work. Had to redo chapter 4. This game's getting a thumbs-down.

Friend, I have another problem, I don't know if you can still help me, it's about the fact that when the Moira and Claire part ends, the other part of the episode begins, it happens that when the cinematic ends it doesn't load the other episode even though it's been loading for hours, that do?

This problem is very similar to one in Fatal Frame game on steam. It's related to nvidia cardss, problem with control panel. Just go to your nvidia control panel on manage 3D settings options. "Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings > Antialiasing - Mode. Set this option to OFF. Or just enable the config "let the 3D aplication decide".

I haven't tried it, but I solved it by installing the missing caches and if there were several missing ones that were not installed.
