Why I can't move after cutscene with Alex?

Mouse cursor appears on the screen and all I can do is only go to pause menu to retry and quit. Every time happens again.

Yep, died during the bossfight, now after restaring I can't move after the cutscene and the boss doesnt even spawn.

Capcom, Revelations 2 is a real masterpice. Of bugs and glitches.

same thing. Tho i had a few healing items that i got off. other then that I just used the rilfe lol

What are you talking about? Game starts to react only to ESC button, no dodging or aiming. Same ♥♥♥♥ with gamepad.

You guys thinking about another problem, related to Barry not being able to move in the final-final battle with Alex. The problem described in this thread is about not being able to act before the first Alex battle.

I verified the game cache, and it fixed it for me.

This has happened to me too, but only after I had died during the fight, I cannot believe it. Now I can't even finish the fight unless I restart and not die to it. Might as well just get a PlayStation 4 because the PC always gets things later and has some type of problem(s), most of the time
