Still stuck UPLOADING after every mission despite re.net support.
So I can access leaderboards from the main menu, but still can't upload to or access them from within raid mode. Which means every time I do a mission I still have to wait until it gives up trying to upload them.

People were saying that RE.Net linking once it was active would fix this, but it obviously hasn't. I posted a thread before inquiring about what ports may need to be opened, but absolutely nobody responded to it. This is pretty ridiculous, because I'm assuming it will still try to upload to the leaderboards even without the RE.Net link (as it has been for the past few weeks).

Capcom, patch in an option so I can just disable the leaderboards, because your development team for this title obviously doesn't know how to make them work. I'd rather have no leaderboards than having to unplug my internet every time I want to play the game, or play it through offline mode. A workaround is not a solution.

Edit: And it seems worse now. Before after a minute or two it would pop up saying "Couldn't upload, try again?" and I could say no. It's not even saying that now, so now I'm getting that infinite uploading. Thanks, Capcom.

Having the same results here. Still crashes on raid map start after looking at any form of leaderboard uploading.

it has to be a problem at your end. check your firewall / router (reset/ settings/ ports ect.) It is just a simple upload that seems your PC will not allow it / block it.

and you can shut off that uploading in options now.

No, it doesn't HAVE to be a problem on his end, lmao. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Capcom drones.

Do you even realize the sheer number of people with this problem?

Does disabling the RE.Net link stop the uploading? Considering it's been uploading for weeks despite the lack of RE.Net connectivity, I doubt it.

And no, it's not an issue on my side, unless it is something incredibly vague caused by however badly they've programmed it. (Like Steam being on a different drive to my Windows installation, which shouldn't affect anything)

I can access leaderboards on the main menu just fine. The issue is isolated to raid mode. I've tried it with firewalls disabled, anti viruses disabled, putting myself in the DMZ, fowarding resi 6 ports in an attempt to get it to work, even going through the config files looking for ports. At this point, it's beyond being an issue with my system.

Don't sweat, man. It's not on your end, this is all Capcom. The amount of people with this issue states it clearly enough. Let people blindly follow Capcom into the dark thinking it's never their problem.

Sucks that you're having issues Law, I hope you or capcom mange to work out the root cause of it and get it fixed.

A whole 13 people have bothered to reply with the information required in the capcom support thread for this issue so far since 13th March: http://steamcommunity.com/app/287290/discussions/0/610575007207565688/

If it was just an issue on capcom's end it wouldn't work for anyone.
It's worked just fine for me ever since I first started the game.

I'm not saying that there isn't an issue on capcom's end too - I'm just saying there's likely an issue occurring between the PC of the people having this issue and capcom's servers.

But yeah, let's blame it all on capcom because clearly it's an issue for everyone /s

If you do a Google search, there are far more than 13 people. That topic does not entail the entirety of PC gamers. And no, if it was an issue on Capcom's end, that doesn't mean it wouldn't work for everyone. There CAN be issues isolated to specific people and still be a problem at the developer's end, this has happened with many games, and eventually fixed.

Working for some =/= not Capcom's fault. Don't be so naive. Take your sarcasm the ♥♥♥♥ out of here.

Out of everybody I know who owns this, the leaderboards are only working properly for one of them. That's one out of five. The other 4 are just waiting for online support before bothering with it, hoping it'll fix the issue, rather than complaining. It has been multiple weeks though, and it's honestly a little ridiculous considering how simple it would be to bypass the issue entirely.

If it was an issue primarily with peoples computers, by now somebody would have figured it out and posted a solution. I'm sure I'm not alone in trying every solution that I think might have an affect. The fact that nobody seems to be able to figure out a way to get it to work points the finger somewhere towards Capcom making a huge mistake in some way.

Reminder that the campaign leaderboards work just fine. It's completely 100% isolated to Raid Mode.

No, that's just because people don't even bother reading the sticky threads. They've ignored them so much on different websites that their brains would just automatically "hide" sticky threads for them everywhere.

I bet a lot of people on this thread didn't even know about that support thread you mentioned. (otherwise, this thread wouldn't even exist)

I posted in the sticky, actually, but I doubt it'll get read by anybody actually working on the game. Posting a thread makes the issue more visible, and allows other people to see it. Hiding complaints and issues away in a sticky thread is a little dirty, and something a lot of developers do on the Steam forums to make sure the front page of their discussions paints a positive image of their product.

And honestly had the last update not made the issue worse, as now the upload isn't even timing out, I probably wouldn't be going on about it. I'd like to say I have no idea how they could patch the game to be worse, but then I just have to remember the very first update that it took them a week to revert.

Has any1 of you guys tried a different PC with a different internet but your steam acc? if that problem still exists well u can blame capcom.

and sure more that 13... because the world is full of hardware that is not working as intended.

and i just want to help.
