It's because Capcom are a bunch of sexist bigots that refuse to promote female zombies, and want to keep the game male dominated. It's really sad that they hate women...

That's all cool homies, I am not saying Capcom is sexist, I know their past games had female zombies but why are there none in this game? Derp

bro, where dem hoes with mutated boobs, there should be at least ganados from re4 and re5 in raid mode. Raid mode states it will have surprises from previous RE games so. Maybe even Nemesis LOL

Perhaps, they are androgynous zombies.

How are you providing evidence that they are MALE zombies? Does the graphics display male genitalia?

A combination of male and female characteristics.

There aren't any zombies at all in Revelations 2 at all:

Personally, I like it better this way. Disturbed humans are a lot more frightening than zombies, which were practically a joke since their first foray into video games.

If they are "disturbed humans", there's no reason that there shouldn't be both male and female ones, though.
They're probably trying to avoid any and all controversy after Resident Evil 5. Not necessarily saying that's what they SHOULD be doing, but that's probably their reasoning. To that end, I don't think it's a big deal that you don't get to kill female enemies. It's hardly a requirement in Resident Evil, is it?

Bro, I know that in the campaign story, it's a prisoner island and there are only males but in Raid Mode, considering it features maps from past games, shouldn't raid mode include male and female zombies from previous games? Like the Ganados and Manjijnis. I know raid mode is not canon so why not throw in some female majinis or ganados?

Hell, I'd be happy if I saw Nemesis pop out of nowhere in Raid mode with his huge rocket launcher!

You mean the accusations of racism? Ok, but in RE6, there were both male and female zombies (same with the "Haunted" in the recent TEW) and there wasn't any controversy about that. I agree that female enemies in a RE game aren't a "requirement", though, and if it's a "prison island", this might explain why there's only male "disturbed persons".
Eh. I never said it was rational. Heck, nothing Capcom does really is. Just what they might be thinking.
