Inherit Samurai Sword or level up Melee Master?
This is my Cipher:

Need advice on how I should use the 55 Skill Points. If I Inherit the sword, I'm gonna need a lot of SPs to level it up (but Leon already has Melee Master LVL. 20). If I level up Melee Master, Cipher is gonna be a beast with 220% attack speed.

Any ideas?

Far from slow, just do VI -02 on Very Hard and put at least Soul Eater Lv. 7 on your weapon, takes less than 3 minutes per run, so less than 6 minutes and you got 10 skill points.

I love the sword. Only reason I played this garbage Cipher so I could inherit it

I haven't found levels beyond 100 slow in the slightest. Level 80 content practically gives one level per mission, and that's 10SP compared to the standard 5SP you get at early levels. Heck, I'm not the kind of guy who repetitvely grinds the same map over and over again and I already have a chaaracter who has at least gained 10 levels worth beyond level 100.

You just need patience. Using other characters really helps rather than just grinding the same one the entire time. The rest bonus is huge at level 100, and dailies give out insane exp as well at that level. I hate to see how much easier it will be to get SP at level 100 once we get level 100 missions.

He's not garbage, he's basically a blank slate for high-level players that want to make a fully customized character from scratch. He can inherit your favorite skills from other characters and has 4 actives unlocked right from start.
