(SOLVED!!!) Anyone know how to turn off the DAMN film grain in this game?

Seriously this has fim grain like Code Veronica HD?
i keep saying i might buy it if it gets a physical release with all DLC on disc but Crapcom keeps giving me new reasons to say ♥♥♥♥♥ THAT.

Here you go, I uploaded it from my downloads folder. :)! when Episode 4 comes out make sure to re-do it as Episode 4 will bring back the noise grain.

EDIT: Sorry its an .exe but that was the only one I found, thanks to my friend :D

i already posted my "negative opinions" on the other 30 threads, if you don't like negative things tell that to Capcom, they are the ones being negative i'm just telling it like it is called FACT.
(They messed up the Code Veronica X HD with heavy film grain and that not on PC to easily fix this isn't the first time they made this mistake they keep repeating them)

But i understand your confusion most new gen gamers don't have a clue.

So i've installed it and on the last part it said there should be a folder titled "No Grain Filter" yet i cannot find it any help?
