Nothing to do with frame rate, it's just seems to be the character spazzing out. Strange.
Isn't "Variable Framerate" supposed to overcome the very concept of fluctuating framerates... ?
im guessing the game isn't really optimized yet and they did very little testing. theres no way an issue this obvious and affecting so many people could have gone unnoticed really.
it is... this is the first time I've seen this happen in a game.
Variable framerate is supposed to accommodate timing issues with various frame rendering times so the animations would render at normal speed, the audio stay in sync and all other events also... Don't mix variable framerate with Vertical Synchronization...
