Let's talk about the possible identity of the main villain!

I thought it would be nice to have a little discussion about the game itself, now that's already around the corner.
I'm curious about your opinion regarding the identity of the main villain in Resident Evil Revelations 2.

What we know so far about the antagonist?

1. The villain is a female
2. Important character in the RE universe
3. Only "hardcore" fans know her

That's the 3 main clues Revelations 2 producer gave so far in interview Michiteru Okabe (producer of Revelations 2) gave to Games Informer.

"You won't recognize this character just by the voice, but this is a known character that's very important to the RE universe, But you've got to be a core fan to know her. Really hardcore."

and 4. Considering the game starts with a massive assault on TerraSave, it's safe to assume the villain has the resources to conduct experiments and maintain a small army xD

So let's talk about the possible identity of our antagonist.
I'm going to list all female characters I can think of, who were featured in the series either in a neutral or villainous role. Most of them have some pros to support their probability to appear, but some I've just listed to make the list complete.

I always believed Wesker gave Barry a red hering about his family being kidnapped (it isn't even mentioned that he did that, only assumed) I doubt Moira knows the guy with the sun glasses.

Cameron likes observing from distance, also her objectif is to become human again (episode 4 is named Metamorphosis) but how is she linked to barry and claire?

I think it might be jenny K one of the characters from the files in re5, she knows about the "stairway of the sun" secrets and location, for all we know off her she is probably the main villain.also she has acsess to anything that has level 9 and 10 cards from her days working for umbrella.

If you can't tell who she is by her voice that probably means she wasnt a talking character (like Ada Wong). If you need to be a core Fan to know then she is probably a non-talking character from RE 1, 2, 3, or CV.

Now think of some one that was talked about alot (someone important) but never had a voice.

LOL WOW I'm not questioning the woman, not sure where that came in. I was talking about the SCENE. I meant that scene could be a flashback. I know that the woman is white and most likely the villian. Thanks Miss Marple.

And I'm just saying that it's not a picture/photo, it's a painting.

It looks like it's in the last episode judging from the episode splash images and that there are images of Claire going through a mansion (with a brief shot of a hallway that looks similar to where the painting of Wesker likely is hanging), there being another laser puzzle of sorts and that we've also seen the lab where we saw the female villain briefly in during the last trailer.

And to set the record clear, I'm also talking about the colour contrast between her and Wesker, not skin tone.

Black/White.
Male/Female.

Even the small snippets of hearing hear talk have been interesting for further contrast despite both of them being villains.

Most of the discussions I've seen have been that they're complimentary like Alfred and Alexia (red and purple complimentary colours) but from a few other things, it could be a farce.

It's interesting to me so far and I'm curious as how obscure they're referring to for characters considering there's: pre-order only materials that were only in Japan, Drama CDs, comics, manga, novels, fan written novels, additional files only in particular guidebooks and so-on.

There's a fairly large list to pull from and considering the first Revelations' plot had something like that happen, it wouldn't surprise me to see something similar happen again.

The voice reference could mean different voice actor as well -Resi changed voice actors like clothes over the years-, not necessarily a character who never talked.

4D Executer is one of the lesser known products related to the RE universe.

Her powers, red light on bracelet, right eye missing in concept art, and various scenes in the "Drama" trailer, all point to her being "infected" in some way.

Maybe they'll go the Sherry route (Save her), or maybe they'll go the Piers route (She'll mutate and save you). Or she'll be the final boss like you said. Who can really say at this point.

If it would be her - how could she be known to hardcore fans and important to the series as a whole as the official statement hinted?
