Problem/unlocking characters/RAID MODE

I collected 90 or more Completion Medallions in raid mode, but no characters were unlocked! help!

Are you sure you're counting Completion medallions properly? Completion medals are the 5th medal you get in a mission when you finish the mission with the other 4 medals. If you finish a mission with the other 4 medals that are given for completing the mission at or below the recommended level, not using a herb, kill all enemies and complete the mission you will be awarded 1 completion medal.

The first character unlock should be Jill at 10 completion medals, so 10 missions completed with all 5 medallions unlocked for each one, (Total medallions needed will be minimum 50). These have to be unique missions, e.g. completing the same mission with all 5 medals on 2 different characters still only counts as 1 completion medal.

If you have 90 completion medallions your Total medallions shown on the level select screen will be 450 at minimum.

Competition medallions stacks with each character.

If you clear the first 6 stages with all the characters available from chapter 1 you can earn Jill Valentine before starting the phase 2 (Asuming that you also have Wesker and Hunk. Otherwise you need to clear a few once from stage 2 to unlock her early.
