About Good/Bad Ending and Infinit Ammo Reward

Ok, all we know that to get Infinit Ammo, we have to beat the game in NO ESCAPE dificulty, right? And we know that it's possible to choose which chapter do you want to play.

But what if I go straight to the final chapter (with Barry) and kill the final boss, without completing any of other cahpters in that dificulty (NO ESCAPE)? So, it comes up two questions:

1 - Will I get the Good or Bad Ending?
2 - Can I get Infinit Ammo Rweard by doing this?

In the menu, if you hand over Episode 3, there's a picture of Claire and Moire that indicates who killed Neil. So, if Moira is in front of Claire, you'll be getting good ending.
You also have to complete ALL episodes on No Escape to get the Infinite ammo, as stated on the Rewards section.
