Unless you had a local copy you cant.

Any other person will tell you with remote cloud you can. Steam remote cloud by experience is a placebo. Do not trust it.

If you destroyed the weapon with parts but not exit the workbench that is you haven't seen a blink yellow dot on the left down area (saving), then immediately you disconnect the internet and reconnect the network and re-start the game. The level 100 weapon will be still in your account. I know now it's too late for your case, but just give you a lesson in case next time same situation happens.

Steam Cloud updates the most recent change on the "remote" folder once the internet is back. This trick may work back in 2017 but now dont.

Other trick could be start the game on other PC and steam will ask if you what data you want to download (but this is rare to make happend and again steam only saves one data at the time. Dosent save multiple copies like epic does).

If you haven't exited the workbench, the system hasn't saved. No new update will be uploaded to Cloud. Once disconnect the internet, Cloud has only previous data. Restart the game (after reconnect the internet), system will download the "old" data that is containing the "level 100 weapon". Like sometimes you get a very nice weapon such as rainbow one, but when you finish the mission and connect to RE net to back, but internet is down, then you won't get that record that is you won't get the rainbow weapon either.

This is not trick. It is logical.

in this case, if I back up the saved file and replace it all my data will return to the point I back it up right? the server will read the backup file instead??

Sure! If server (cloud) find there is conflict between files in your PC and Cloud, it will ask you whether you download the file from the Cloud or upload the file to Cloud. In this situation,
you certainly select upload to Cloud. As I know in Reve 1, you can use this method to restart the game from very beginning, but for Reve 2, I haven't tried it yet. It should be the same.

You can just copy your local save and overwrite it at any point. Thats how ppl tried different parts on weapons and made the table with the most effecient weapons/parts. I would like to link to the file but it was years back and I am not able to find it anymore. It was a japanese spreadsheat.

There is a guide on steam for the raid mode but it's just completly outdated and 99% wrong even a few months after release(everyone is using full burst for endgame so upgrading fire rate":Edit to get speed shot/skip animations" is always useless) if you play with full auto instead of single shot/burst and it never got edited.

Ok this is something everyone need to know.

Steam Cloud IS NOT A BACKUP. Steam cloud sync your savedata. True. In case you ♥♥♥♥ up by quiting the game in a wrong game or the game crashes during a saving point making your data corrupted. In the exact minute that you leave the game Steam Cloude will replace the good data with the corrupted one. Steam Cloud is not a back up. Do not trust it. Make local copies.

Lets say you make a copy from your save with 30 blue crystals. You play Weekend Survivor and use it all. If you quit the game the savedata with 0 crystals will be instantly uploaded. But if after you quit the game replace the 0 crystals file with the one with 30 spawns and open back the game the game will open as normal with the progress of the 30 crystals. Regardless that Steam cloud had the file with 0 cristals. If you open and instantly close the game the file with 30 crystals will replace the one with 0 crystals on Steam cloud and your now had your 30 crystals back and another chance to play Weekend Survivor, or "remove" the parts that you use on certain weapon for WS or for testing.

Yeah but in order to make this conflict you had to or disable steam cloud open and close the game, or just disconect your internet, close the game and then reconect to internet so Steam cloud will ask you if you want to download or upload the data. For the case that you destroy the parts or the weapon or your file is corrupted by some writting error Steam cloud wont allow you to download older savefiles. In fact it will replace the recent one with the older one (Unless you disable Steam Cloud and reactivate it again).
