Any other person will tell you with remote cloud you can. Steam remote cloud by experience is a placebo. Do not trust it.
Other trick could be start the game on other PC and steam will ask if you what data you want to download (but this is rare to make happend and again steam only saves one data at the time. Dosent save multiple copies like epic does).
This is not trick. It is logical.
you certainly select upload to Cloud. As I know in Reve 1, you can use this method to restart the game from very beginning, but for Reve 2, I haven't tried it yet. It should be the same.
You can just copy your local save and overwrite it at any point. Thats how ppl tried different parts on weapons and made the table with the most effecient weapons/parts. I would like to link to the file but it was years back and I am not able to find it anymore. It was a japanese spreadsheat.
There is a guide on steam for the raid mode but it's just completly outdated and 99% wrong even a few months after release(everyone is using full burst for endgame so upgrading fire rate":Edit to get speed shot/skip animations" is always useless) if you play with full auto instead of single shot/burst and it never got edited.
Steam Cloud IS NOT A BACKUP. Steam cloud sync your savedata. True. In case you ♥♥♥♥ up by quiting the game in a wrong game or the game crashes during a saving point making your data corrupted. In the exact minute that you leave the game Steam Cloude will replace the good data with the corrupted one. Steam Cloud is not a back up. Do not trust it. Make local copies.
Lets say you make a copy from your save with 30 blue crystals. You play Weekend Survivor and use it all. If you quit the game the savedata with 0 crystals will be instantly uploaded. But if after you quit the game replace the 0 crystals file with the one with 30 spawns and open back the game the game will open as normal with the progress of the 30 crystals. Regardless that Steam cloud had the file with 0 cristals. If you open and instantly close the game the file with 30 crystals will replace the one with 0 crystals on Steam cloud and your now had your 30 crystals back and another chance to play Weekend Survivor, or "remove" the parts that you use on certain weapon for WS or for testing.
