So how is it, is it in the game? (Revelations2) How do I enable it? Is it a split screen mode?

local co-op is a split screen mode.

to do it, you either to connect another controller to your PC, or by remote play via internet.

the first on is complete local, you play the game with someone else at the same PC.

the remote play does the same job, but only via the internet, pretty much like multiplayer.

You need 2 controllers and can play it locally, player 2 needs to press start. Same with RPT function.

Yes online co-op is available between friends on steam. You have to use the Remote Play feature.
