Episode 2 won't unlock?

So I decided to get the next episode, episode 2, but it doesn't seem to want to download, even though checked under steam addons for the game, I've linked my account to the server for saves and still, is there something else I need to do?

Did you try restarting Steam?

Do you bought this episode? Because i think you just bought Episode 1 and you can't play whole game with it. If so, you must buy others episodes too, not only episode 1.

For what ever reason it took two restarts of steam for it to actually download, heh, and I already finished the episode, less then 3 hours of gameplay.
