Could be either the best recon unit in the game or as an sf unit that can't train locals units

From the screenshots and description on the store page, the game looks exactly the same as '65. What is actually changed and what is added?

I really like Vietnam 65, but I suggest paying attention to the graphics in new game. Right now the game looks like a mobile game and it spoils the vietnam atmosphere a lot. I still prefer to play your prototype of v65. I like the visuals of a real military map, minimalistic interface , unit tokens with nato designations, it looks serious and adds to the atmosphere. Minimal means maximum expressiveness!...

SF would do MEDCAP (MEDical Civil Action Program) missions where they would go into villages to treat wounded villagers, so will SF do that job in 66 or will helicopters like in Angola?
