Black Screen on Launch Error, PhysX .dll's

I am having the 'Black screen on Launch' Error with the option of launching in safe mode,

Creating a shortcut on the desktop from :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Metro 2033 Redux

I tried to solve the problem by using the 'Run As Administrator' function, this would bring up an error:

'The program can't start because PhysX3_x64.dll is missing from my computer try reinstalling the program to fix this problem'

To solve this copy:

PhysX3_x64.dll
PhysX3Common_x64.dll
PhysX3Gpu_x64.dll
steam_api64.dll

From:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Metro Redux 2033

To:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common

This stops the errors and allows the game to attempt to launch but sadly I still get the same error with the black screen.

I thought this may solve some peoples 'black screen' problems or improve stability for some people experiencing crashing issues during the game.
