"Previous launch unsuccessful" anyone ?

The game launch only once and played for a few minutes, after that i've been trying to launch and i keep getting this message:

I am getting the EXACT same issue. I was just on the phone with support and we couldn't find a fix.

Its just the legal splash screen, you won't lose any content.

Has anyone discovered any other fixes? I'm out of ideas. I tried:
- Deleting Steam AppCache
- Replacing the Legal.ogv file
- Running Steam.exe as an Administrator
- Running Metro.exe as Administrator

None of it has solved the issue. I'm running Win 10, 64-bit with 8GB of RAM and an nVidia GeForce 940M with 4GB.

Geforce M? I had to do a clean install of 355 drivers cuz 358 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up royally on my 860m. Be sure you reinstalled the game after upgrading to win 10. Be sure it isn't running on the integrated GPU.

Deleting Steam's appcache? Never heard of that fix.

The deleting appcache one I got from Steam. There is a second option when I hit play on Metro 2033. One says Play Metro 2033 Redux, the other one says Launch. When I hit Launch it says the executables are missing and includes this link in the error message:

It tells you to delete the appcache, but no luck. I installed the game while i had Windows 10. After it first installed it ran once but then every time after that I get the Previous launch unsuccessful message.
