Metro 2033 redux & UWQHD resolution
hi everyone,

since there was a sale, I decided to grab both Metro 2033 and Last Light redux.

However, I noticed that on my screen (3440x1440, 21:9) the scale of the humans and other items looks off, almost as if they got squished.

I already found a tutorial that helped me increase the FOV to 100 (55 in the user.cfg file), which helped a little. Is there something else I could try?

Thanks in advance!

PS: last light is working fine. Only 2033 has this problem.

See if the ultra widescreen windowed mode mentioned here helps: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Metro_2033_Redux#Video

Thanks a lot, I was able to fix the problem.
The game still does behave a little strange, but I think that is in part due to my ultra wide monitor.
For example, if I view a character in the center of my screen, they appear normal and slim, but when I point my view away from them, they become stretched out and wide the closer they move to the edge of my screen. Weird...
