Chapter 6 D6 crash

Hi, so I've been playing metro for a while now and until this moment everything was perfect. Unfortunatly, after starting 6th chapter (after going with the sparta crew to the underground trolley) the game crashes. When I tried to launch the game after the crash, an error appears - "would you like to start in a safe mode?" (smth like that). Whatever i choose, metro still crashes in the same way. Please help!
