Error en La Iglesia (misión: camino a esparta)

Pues, me he visto una vez más en este excelente juego, pero ésta vez me encuentro con un error en la iglesia.

Donde está Vladimir, te deja tomar municiones, personalizar o cambiar tu arma, pero a la hora de tomar botiquines, filtro y cuchillos el juego se cierra sin más, fuera de eso corre todo bien.

¿Alguna idea?

Try use chapter selection and start the chapter again. Dont use contionue button.
If this dont work:
Try this Options: In steam settings: clear browser catche and download catche. Steam restart.
Close steam. Go to Metro 2033 redux program folder, subfolder _CommonRedist and subfolder Directx and Vcredist. In Vcredist - run both files - Vcredist_x86.exe and Vcredis_x64.exe.
In Directx folder - run Dxsetup.exe. Restart computer after running all files and do as prompt. Start steam, go to library, metro 2033, right click, options, local files and verify integrety for game..... Good luck
