Well, I'm using my :insert any mouse input altering program: to change vertical sensitivity. It's only a workaround, but it works. Someone has posted their config on the forums somewhere.
can you name one please? :/
Go to this address
%LOCALAPPDATA%\4A Games\Metro 2033\user.cfg
Open the .cfg file with notepad or notepad++
Change sens_border to 2. (Not 2 or 2.0, just 2.)
It will fix the vertical mouse sensitivity and mouse acceralation.
It may not completely fix it for everybody (Completely fixed it for me) but it will probably help a ton.
