Switch from throwing knife to grenades?

So I bring up the journal, the ammo counter popups with a stupid icon on the left shoving that I have throwing knifes selected, how do I switch to nades?

Tried pressing every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ button.

Nope, doesnt work, if I hold it with shift it brings overlay, if I release shift and press tab nothing happens.

For me its hold tab and scroll mouse to left for explosive grenades, up for knives, right for the fire nades and down for some other nade that looks like it has spikes in it..

So you've changed a keybind that prevents you from accessing it since tab is the default key.

Under which key it is? Can you check in the options to which action Tab is bound to?

I Would love to but the game has gone back to the "crash almost instantly" again. I get about 1 minute in and it just crashes. but i think its under inventory if thats a thing
