Which files do you want? Background music, dialog, sfx?

Don't know of any sound file extractor but the all the background music is available online.

If you haven't found a tool already, here it is: ttp:/www.mediafire.com/download/wrduo5otl20atkc/unpackerRedux_1.7z (add the h in the beginning, it seems that steam removes links so)
Just put the exe file in the same directory as the vfx/vfs files, double-click the exe and it will show a command prompt with the completion percentage of the extraction. All extracted content are in the newly formed "content" file. (it takes a while to extract btw, like 10-20 minutes).
All the sound files (which are named, so you shouldn't have a hard time looking for what you want) have the extension .vba, but it is just a type of ogg file, so just change the vba extension to .ogg in the name file and then play it on whatever multimedia you have (that supports ogg).
Also works for Metro Last Night Redux.
