What should I buy in Polis before continuing the story?

Just arrived in Polis, and I read that this is the last settlement you visit before Sparta. What should I purchase while I'm here? Are there any items I can only get in Polis? Is there any reason to keep my military grade ammo beyond this point?

If you don't have a shotgun, get one before entering Library (which I bet you already finished this game at this point) + max all 3 type of grenade if you plan to go for monke hunting: 1 Incinerate + 1 bomb + full load of shotgun easy kill one (don't unload everything at once)
You don't even need bomb if you can stun it on the fire where you throw the grenade at for few second and unload a couple more of shotgun round, or 2 bomb and it's dead, sticky is brain dead kill but keep you distance

Other than that, using MGR for AR are quite strong too
