How do i gain the correct moral points for this? What do i need to do in order to get this ending? And also will killing mutants affect it?

Look online for a guide, there are specific steps that you need to take throughout the campaign. And remember that you can always rewind to a previous chapter if you miss something, but you need to have all the moral points from one consecutive run.

Avoid fights with monsters when you can.
Play stealthily.
Stay close to the person escorting you.

That statement that you shouldn't kill anyone is false. You can kill them. Even by killing them you can get the good ending, as long as you get all or almost all the morale points in each chapter.
That is the key to achieving the good ending.

Yes, I already know the achievement you want to achieve. If you look at the morale points guide, you can get all the morale points in each chapter. As I said before, you don't need to get them all, just having enough is enough to get the good ending.
