How do you use throwable items like knives and grenades on pc?

I've been trying to figure it out for the past hour and there is nothing that tells me how to throw knifes and grenades. I cant even look it up on the keybindings as the option to look it up doesn't exist. Please help

Hold Tab, choose a knife or grenade, then press C to throw.

Hold tab and move the mouse in cardinal directions, you'll get a sound indication as well.

Sadly if you have selected hardcore difficulty on the main menu and play Ranger Hardcore atleast for me, the Tab weapons menu doesnt work at all.

You still select them like normal, it just doesn't show you what you have equipped in the Tab menu. To see what you have selected and how many you have you have to bring up your journal.

its called "SECONDARY" thats how to toss something
but use the weapon menu to select knife or grenade
