So i can't start the game, keep getting this error message. Anyone can suggest anything?

i73930K, GTX 980, 8 GB ram, win 7 x64 and latest drivers.

As it is a system file error. you could try this https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/929833 it may work

No corrupted files found, didn't change anything unfortunately.

This might be a long shot but I had trouble launching the game too and finally found a solution.
Right click on game in your library and select properties. Click the Local Files tab and select Verify Integrity Of Game Cache. I did this when my game woudn't launch and it found a missing file and fic the error for me and now the game launches with no issues.

Thanks for replying. That didn't work, unfortunately, still getting this error.

Удали раскладки языков интерфеса кроме английкой и языка системы. Панель управления / Часы, регион, язык / Установка или удаление языков отображения интерфейса / Удалить языки интерфейса. У меня там откуда то оказалось 2 дополнительных языка - финский и венгерский. Удалил и всё заработало!
