Market Shooting Range Bugged?

It seems once I hit challenge 5 not all the targets are coming up, leaving me to fail each time. I've reset the range and no fix. I can't complete the shooting range. Quite odd if you ask me.

We've been finding secrets/goodies and challenging ourselves in games way before Achievements even came along, just to give people some incentive to accomplish something. I don't care if there isn't an achievement, in fact achievements on Steam are useless.

It's content in the game and it's not working properly, at least.. I assume it isn't. I decided to continue on, although if this is indeed a bug I surely hope it's resolved. I wanna open up that lockbox and get my prizes!

my tip for the shooting range is use the revolver, it has good range, good ammo count for some chalenges, and VERY fast reload (vs.other guns you have at that point) i got to challenge 3 until i said ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and started using it, and it worked! i advise not getting silencer for it until after the shooting range (though i have'nt tested that myself)

nevermind what I said earlier in a post (deleted it) I got all 6 challenges done this time, worked fine

I used the Revolver + Extender accessory for Challenge 1 - 5, and then for Challenge 6 I switched back and forth between the Revolver + Exrtender accessory and Shotgun + Extender accessory

the reward in the box was 61 Miltary Rounds, I basicly spent more military rounds on upgrades for my guns then what I got in return from the 6 challenges. So keep that in mind (luckily thier is a checkpoint save before entering the range and gun shop so I didn't lose out.)

Still can't complete Challenge 5 - still bugged out without all the targets. Ah well, if it was only 61 rounds I already got almost 200, not a big loss. Though atill, It's content I cannot finish.

I did the entire challenge with just a pistol and the extended barrel.
The manequins can die to a headshot. and the armored dolls are just two perfect headshots.
no need for shotgun, and the airsoft gun is not that great at this.
I earned my money back and got more since i got that upgrade early

I ended up using the revolver at a distance and the bastard when they got closer. Worked really well for the zerg rush.

Hate to necro this post but it’s 2019 and they still haven’t fixed challenge 5. Only 4 of the targets appear the rest show as if I shot them already and since there’s no target to hit it fails each time. I even hit each of the metal posts that had no target and didn’t count. Doesn’t matter that it’s not tied to the game missions, if your going to do something do it right or remove it from the game, that’s what’s wrong with this day and age half assing seems to be good enough.

Yeah, you think that's bad - I can't ever complete level 6. Literally the damn game glitches out and leaves me holding weapons that won't fire...have to restart everything all over from last checkpoint.

This thread is already very old. And also the shooting range in this game is just to lose the bullets foolishly. You don't have to do anything there. You will not achieve achievements and nothing. The shooting range is just for hanging out

no. you won't consume ammo in shooting range. they just refill for you every time you reload.

i've tried a silenced pistol, and a 'bastard' to no avail. breezed through lvl 1-5 but 6 feels like i'm shooting cast rubber boolits.

[edit] it seems you don't have to 'down' all the targets on stage 6, just some of them. that is my observation anyway.
