Change to military ammo / Gamepad ?

How you change to military ammo with gamepad controls ? I play survival RHC and with keybord it is Tab and R that works well but i didnt find any working button or combo to do that with the gamepd.

i belvie its the reload button X on gamepad. you hold it down to change ammo

got it for everyone who need its there are two weapon menus, one with hold LB and one with hold Y. Hold Y shows the Menu what normally appears with Select and RT where you can swap Knifes and Grenades but with hold Y it gets faster. Also hold Y and press RB swaps the ammo type.

This is a very old thread...but I was scratching my head on this one for a while as well. A useful bump imo.
