Why is this game so Blurry ?
Even at 1920x1080 - Everything turned to high settings the textures and game is not crisp and sharp - it is epically blurry - it cannot be meant to be like this, the original Metro's were exceptionally clear and crisp.

YES! Motion Blur is turned OFF // SSAO is also Turned OFF // AA is on 4x ( DEFAULT )

NVIDIA 3D Vision is not Enabled and is NOT Running.

I also have the latest Nvidia Drivers and Mobo Drivers Installed.

Developers ?

Someone else on the boards has mentioned this can happen with SSAA(?) enabled. Try messing with those settings.

Or SSAO. Play with any of those that sound like that.

SSAA set to Auto or 0.5 will most likely render your picture at HALF the resolution you've set the game to.

Turn if off.

Archangel, the reason it's halved is that it's actually running at full resolution...that's how the game should be.

Would you play Battlefield 4 with the resolution scaling at 50%? No.

Try Quality: Very High, SSAA: Off, Texture Filturing: AF 16X, Moting Blur: OFF,Tessalation: Normal, V-Sync: On

Do you have NVIDIA 3D Vision by any chance? Disable all that stuff if you do.

I agree with op, publishing 2 youtubes vids , orginal vs redux, theyre not side by side but look at theirs faces and the rope tying your hands.

im running at 1080p everything maxed and on, SSAA off, vsync ON
system specs.

6gb DDR3 1600
dual GTX 670's in sli
