i click but i just shoot no charger so how do i do it?
I can hold the F key for more than one minute with no other effect than a beep. If I click at the same time, it fires my weapon.
I tried rebinding the flashlight key with the same results.
In the beginning of the game I couldn't even pickup the Baastard carbine, until I realized I had to hold E to pickup the weapon (not switch a weapon, but pick it up and assign it to an empty slot). There was zero indication because I am playing on Ranger. Later on you have to burn cobwebs. Again, no indication whatsoever. The problem is that I had already finished the non-Redux version of the game, they changed a lot of ♥♥♥♥ in the Redux version, didn't bother to give us an updated manual and Ranger mode has no hints.
Edit: Read the diffculties in the menu next time dude they tell you what diffculty does what!
Anyway, besides these few initial hurdles, the game plays fine now.
This doesn't go on if you played the original game, it goes on if you played original last light, because it takes all of the gameplay mechanics from that, and applies them to 2033, along with the graphics engine.
The mistake they made I believe was assuming that everyone who bought and played the redux would have already played the original last light.
This is why you don't get any info from Khan to help you realise you have to burn the cobwebs on the train in the ghosts level. You just already know you can burn them because you played last light.
But of course, not everyone has played original last light, and anyone new coming in now will just buy the whole redux pack to get both games together along with all DLC.
Pretty much, yeah. For instance, I finished 2033 Redux yesterday and I had no clue you can knock out an enemy. I don't remember this feature being available in the original 2033. I read about it in an achievement guide and I'm going to use it in my 2nd playthrough.
