30fps?
I am only getting around 30fps :(
I have a pretty solid build :(
Is this locked at 30 or what?

I will try that. Cause I don't want to sacrifice graphics quality because ♥♥♥♥ that I have a 1080 I shouldn't have to do that for a old ass game >:/

This old game does more graphically than most modern titles. Regardless, try forcing vsync to your 60hz monitor.
