Why not repeat it? Its fun

For a lot of people the novelty wears off once you know what happens and what to expect, especially in a fairly story heavy game or lore drenched game such as metro.
pretty much

true but the multiple endings and the choices you make to get them add replayability value

10 hours to complete the story and thats it, there's no need to keep repeating missions unless ur achievement hunting lmao no idea how people have 100h in this game
Like I said before, the more you play a thing, the more you learn. If you are one of those people who only play a game once and then uninstall it and forget it, then you are not one of those who enjoy.
I have a motto:
Buy, play and love.
I mean; buy the game, play it and play it again as many times as I want.
If you only want to play it once, you can download it for that. I tell you this because buying a product for buying it and then forgetting it in a box full of dust, it is not an option.
I know, it's your money and you can do whatever you want, but just take note of this advice that I give you.
hello Dregora! I can't agree more with ur comments. I've spent 11h completing this game , and at last I got the bad ending. so I decide to play it one more time for the goodending. I love the single player games as well, and I want to be your friend~

between steam and xbox I easily have 1-200h on each game... maybe close to 500 for the series. while it is a mostly linear game there are definitely areas to explore and a lot of them are quite well hidden, but at the end of the day it all boils down to preference I really love these games

I hope I keep playing as long as you do. Metro 2033 x4, LA x3 and Ex2 so far.

I haven't even played exodus, or really spoiled anything about the game for myself. i'm kind of torn about a metro game not in the metro anymore. I think at some point they need to do an open world spinoff that takes place in moscow, make most of the stations exploreable and make about a dozen surface areas to explore (some new some old, would love to revisit the red square) and that would be a good ass game

Steam tells me I have 46 hours and I'm about to start another playthrough this weekend.

Not counting 2 playtrhoughs back in 2010 on Xbox 360.

I have about 45 hours, but honestly dozens of those consist in playing Frontline over and over. It's such a perfect campaign, and there are so many ways to play it. My latest thrill has consisted in turning off the generator with a grenade, pegging the commander killing the prisoner with a sticky grenade, and then hiding on the pipes under the first platform while everyone searches for me. I can eventually get nearly every Red soldier piled up on top of the catwalk above, at which point I peek out and lay a sticky grenade on them all, and then watch the armor and bodies fly. Never gets old!

♠.brT 25 JUN 2021 a las 7:27 p. m.
63 hours on the redux version, 70 hours in the original.

100h if you dont hesitate and hunt for achievements
7-10 hours to complete the story.Depends on difficulty.
Otherwise i dont know why replay the game over and over.Missing out on other great games ,wasting time by amuse yourself replaying over and over a straightforward type of a game (2033 and last light)
