Stuck with the librarian

hey guys,

So once I escape through the metal door, a librarian tries to reach me on the right through a hole in the wall, then a librarian come out of a hole in the ground. I just freeze and kneel, waiting for him to go away, but somehow I got oneshot from none.

I was wandering if demons could reach me through the windows, but none was visible.

no matter what I do (even go back in the previous room), I just die for no reasons (full HP, gas mask full, etc...)

So if anyone of you experience the same or has a solution, I'm up !

Hey guys,

So by watching the playthrough, i just run like a 'tard through the level to the elevator, and somehow I managed to get out of it.
