Cannot change resolution to 1080p. Stuck on 3840x1080.

Resolution is stuck on 3840x1080, I cannot change it in-game and changing the CFG files don't do anything either. (file found in App Data called "user" and I've also made it read only after making changes to the res)

Set the resolution in GPU contropanel. I have my monitor set to 1920x1080 in GPU and the game uses that resolution.

How do you do this? I can't find anything about setting a resolution for the specific game in my nvidia control panel - I can only see graphic settings in the "Manage 3D settings" such as Texture Ftilering, Vsync etc.. nothing for resolution

FIXED - I enabed DSR in my nivida control panel (just put it to 1.2x) and this allowed me to change the resolution once I got into game - weird. hopefully this helps others <3

Thats the solution. You set an overall resolution for all games using DSR and change it if you play a game that can't handle that setting. There is no spesific settings for resolution in 3D settings for each game in NCP.
Some games give you an option to change resolution in game settings, some dont, like the Metro games. I always use the monitors Native settings 1920x1080 in all games, even if I can change it in game settings. I havent used DSR.
