ORIGINAL Metro 2033 free to own/d-load

(Steam for some odd reason cancels links. Copy paste the whole thing and remove the space between the O and W in steampowered.)

Some (Myself included) also argue it's FAR better then the Redux version of the game.

There is a SIGNIFICANT difference between 2033 and 2033 Redux. They are NOT the same game. Yes, 2033 Redux is a re-make of 2033, but gameplay-wise, level-design wise, in some ways story-wise, and graphics-wise, they are NOT the same game. It's worth owning both even if you have Redux.

Just make sure you add the OG to your library before the offer expires.

The game doesn't show up at all on Steam for me. Only the Redux which costs 6.99E. Something's definitely going on if it disappeared from your library after you've added it. OP's link simply redirects me to the Steam main Store page.

The free deal has ended. So 2033 is no longer available to "Purchase" on the steam store. Only 2033 Redux. If you already have the game, it will show up in your steam library. The only way to get the original 2033 is now though key-sellers.

If they don't give it to me I'm just going to get it for free online my own way. That's absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that they give it out for free but I go to grab it and it miraculously doesn't work.
