Ghost kid glitch?

So, i'm in the ghost chapter, and the 3rd ghost person, the kid on the train, is like, glitched, he just stands there and khan doesn't say or do anything, the spiderwebs between the ghost and i are unpassable, and i've reloaded, closed the game, everything i can think of

Just burn the webs with your lighter.

don't worry I had the same problem. The game never tells you that you have a lighter and it tells you that you can use your map when you're simply in a city where you can hardly get lost...

Yeah, just be sure to check your objectives once in awhile by holding down the lighter key until it pops up. I sometimes get confused myself also so no worries.
