I've just gotten to the final chapter of the book and my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god the park pobedy was an experience, just thinking how awesome a level that would've been.

Weren't the majority of the Great Worm Acolytes children though? I'm pretty sure it's illegal for games to let you kill children in non-abstract ways.

That sounds cray, the killing children mod for skyrim/oblivion was never taken down... plus there has been much worse than violence against children shown. ESRB would just rate it higher if it included violence against children, they can't ban it outright.

That's because mods are largely exempt from the rules that official games are, the only ones that get taken down are ones that break regular laws (like child pornography).

Also remember that ratings laws make very little sense. What you might think is worse than violence against children is something that the ESRB would probably disagree with, and keep in mind that they belong to the same country that believe that vivid depictions of evisceration are more acceptable than nipples.

What's all the fuss about? I hate children so killing them in game is like a dream
