Can you rescure the prisoner at Dry station?
I keep seeing this guy in an underground cage at Dry station while sneaking through to Bourbon.
Is there any way to save him? It seems a bit strange they would put this guy there with no way to set him free.
Feels like a perfect opportunity to earn some moral points to me.

No, you cannot free him(well i couldn't). He may be the old leader of those bandits.

You can shoot him though however i don't believe you lose any moral points for doing so!

Yes I shot him last time I went through, and I expected to lose moral points but it didn't give the noise, so I assume not.
I think Rail's post is correct and he is the previous bandit leader, as you do hear those two bandits talking about how maybe Bourbon hadn't known they had a new leader. It would be logical, since they are bandits, that they would overhtrow their previous boss and chuck him in the cell to rot.
