XBOX ONE controller won't work :'(

Anyone know how or if i can get it to work ? The car is just spinning on the track :/

It's a bug that came with a windows update a few months back. I had hoped it would be fixed with the summer update but it hasn't.
You can usually get round it if you only activate or connect your controller after you hit the scrolling menu where you can pick "quick race" etc.

Same here. I've bought the Elite wireless controller some time ago and just set it up with my new Alienware and WIndows 10 today thinking I'd be able to use the Accessories app to customise the buttons and it just refuses to work in anything but navigating the menus.

Back to the Xbox 360 controller =(

Sadly, the only solution to the problem is to start up the game, with the controller fully disconnected from the PC. Once you're in the main menu of the game, then go ahead and reconnect the controller to the PC.

Actually, I might have found a solution after some trouble shooting.

Go to Device Manager>Xbox Peripherals>Xbox Gaming Device>Update Driver Software>Browse my computer for driver software>Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer> and then select Microsoft Xbox One Controller>Next>Close.

That fixed it for me.
